St. Bernard of Clairvaux Medal. Patron Saint of Beekeepers/ Candlemakers. (Memorial - Aug. 20) Bernard founded a monastery at Clairvaux and helped to plan the Second Crusade. He was the first Cistercian monk to have a feast day.
